Mozzie’s Brewing Co. started in 2022, in a garage in the foothills of Colorado, USA. We now operate in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We are proud to be part of the Craft Brewers Association of Cambodia.
We are working on building our local brewery in Sensok with a tap house attached where our beloved community can enjoy great brews and great conversations.
Jake and Sky Fisk – Our founders
Jake and Sky Fisk found their passion for beer long ago. Since then, Jake, our Brewmaster, has been perfecting his craft and works hard to bring the best taste, quality, and experience to every beer he makes.
Sky is a teacher at a local international school and is a favorite among her students. She is a crucial part of the brewery in strategy of business and marketing skills.
Jake and Sky welcomed their first child in 2023, born in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Who is Mozzie?
Mozzie is also part of the Fisk family. He is a gorgeous 80kg German Shepard that really knows how to brew beer! We’re not sure who has better beer recipes: Jake or Mozzie.
